MISSION:
Battleground South Bay is a friendly, beginner focused crossfit-style competition. Our mission is to bring together the socially conscious crossfit community of the Los Angeles- South Bay area in an effort to raise awareness and funding for a cause dear to our heart, Autism. April is National Autism Awareness Month and 2014 will be our inaugural event. The 1st of hopefully many to come. Procedes from event benefit Train 4 Autism Foundation & it’s crossfit for special needs projects.

Intermediate -Benchmark: Can hold a handstand pushup position against wall and perform HSPU with the assistance of abmat(s)

Deadlift Ladder Triple (30sec per station, 5 possible stations- must complete 3 DL to move up to the next station).
Cash Out: 1 min. Max Ball Slams (30/30, 15/15, 10/10)
