The Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP) is the largest charter operator in Maryland with a network of neighborhood charter schools serving over 2,700 PreK-8 students in Baltimore City: City Springs Elementary/Middle School, Frederick Elementary, Govans Elementary, Hampstead Hill Academy, and Wolfe Street Academy.
