Asian American Senior Citizens Service Center (AASCSC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1989 with the philosophy “caring for elders as if they were our own”.
Our mission is dedicated to increasing the awareness of the needs of the elderly, assisting their access to essential healthcare, social services, and promoting a dignified living in the community. We are a service and advocacy organization entrusted to serve, protect, and celebrate senior citizens. Our programs include job training, education, health, social services, and civic engagement. At its heart, AASCSC is about helping seniors and their families when they need us most.
AASCSC is a trusted community organization and partner with a history of ensuring our most vulnerable, low-income seniors, have access and equity to quality social and health programs and services. Thirty years ago, Chinese American community leaders were brought together with one common goal to address the issues facing their aging parents.
AASCSC's team of staff and volunteers are trusted professionals committed to providing services with compassion, respect, and dignity in cultural and multi-lingual capacity (English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish).
AASCSC's provides multi-lingual support to the diverse Chinese communities of immigrants and refugees from Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, and other countries.
