What is The Unitive Business Model?

We are designing and implementing a systems approach to business that actually achieves system change: a whole-system focus, moral compass integration, a shift toward equality, a path to mutually beneficial solutions, a synergistic workplace, increased profits and innovation, and shared benefits with our communities. The program we are creating provides a road map for going from a profit-before-people business model to the Unitive Business Model. In our training, we compare seven existing structures of the present business system with seven structures of Unitive Business, creating a road map for achieving sustainable system change.

We Are Building on Experience and Sharing With Others

The unitive principles that are the foundation of UBM have been tested and proven successful in the fields of justice and education. Our team is extending them to business. With your help, we will offer Tier One of this program free to the people of the world via the Internet and Tier Two for $39, for a minimum of one year—a workbook, webinars, discussion groups, networks. Help us build, disseminate and organize for system change in the business world!
