YouthBuild USA’s Pathways to Credentials and Careers Initiative assists local YouthBuild programs in navigating their local labor markets to address their students’ employment barriers through industry-specific approaches to youth training and employment. Through this initiative, YouthBuild programs strengthen their academic and career supports, have higher placement and retention of graduates in employment and postsecondary training, and position graduates for higher wages as they gain work experience and educational credentials.
