If you've spent any time in a major city, you've probably been approached by a homeless person asking for money, and if you're anything like me, you're never sure what to do. On the one hand, you feel inwardly compelled to help, but on the other, you're not really sure he'll use that money for food.
Light of Life has cared for Pittsburgh's homeless for 60 years, so instead of giving a few bucks to the guy on the street, my goal is to raise $2,000 for Light of Life by May 11th. If you too are looking for ways to help the homeless, please consider donating to Light of Life; the process is fast, easy, and secure.
If you can't make a donation at this point, help me reach my goal by sharing this page on Facebook and Twitter. Or, even better, send an e-mail to friends and family you think might be interested in contributing and include a link to my page.
Thank you so much for your concern; your generosity is deeply appreciated!
