TI-84s for Refugees
Organized by: Muriel Wang
I got my first graphing calculator when I was in 7th grade for a Pre-Algebra class. The expensive item currently rests in my backpack, a necessary instrument but generally neglected, sticky, and pale yellow. I'm sure many of you are on the same boat.
These teenagers, on the other hand, most of them from Rwanda, would love to be able to share two brand new TI-84 graphing calculators (1 for $130) and I want to make that happen with your help. They are interested in studying everything ranging from Geometry to Pre-Calculus and have the potential to do well on SAT Math subject tests. They have big dreams that become more achievable with a simple $260. Thank you so much for your donation!
