Geoff Livingston's Fundraiser:

Kids Like Soleil Deserve a Choice In Careers

THE STORY:

My three year old daughter Soleil is one of the most important aspects of my life today. I am adamant that she has the opportunities afforded by a top tier education system.

To make that happen, I make sacrifices, the same sacrifices that many parents choose; keeping that camera another year, buying a lesser version of a car, eating out less often, etc. Most importantly, I sacrifice my time. I know spending time with Soleil on education dramatically increases her chances and improves her learning process.

But many families don’t have access to the education resources that I do, nor do they have the knowledge to learn with their children. Because of cost and the deterioration of the country’s educations system, we need NCFL to continue its work!

On November 1st, thousands of people across the country are going to show their support for the National Center for Families Learning. NCFL has helped more than 1 million families make educational and economic progress by pioneering – and continuously improving – family literacy programs.

During The Big Give for Families Learning every donation and donor we get will go further to help the nonprofit raise more than $25,000 to keep its programs moving forward. There are prizes for fundraisers and donors, too!
