EVENT DATE: Apr 07, 2018
The goal of the 2018 Shelter Sleepover is to raise awareness for the thousands of homeless animals that stay in our shelters while they wait for their forever homes. Not only will this event help educate the public on the important services we provide to our community, but it will also help highlight the animals available for adoption!
Humane Animal Rescue volunteers will be committing to live life a shelter animal for the duration of the event. They will sleep in the kennels, eat according to the feeding schedule, and take bathroom breaks as the animals get them.
Please consider making a donation to help us care for the thousands of animals we serve every year.
- $30 will cover the cost of micro-chipping a cat or dog.
- $50 will provide low-cost spay/neuter services to a family who couldn't otherwise afford it.
- $100 will provide behavioral training for an animal to her them find a new home more quickly.
- $1,000 will cover the TOTAL care for an animal that stays in our shelter for one month.
