My son, Connor, is Autistic. He is 3 years old. Last year we were introduced to Project Hope and Connor began receiving ABA therapy. Over the summer, Connor joined a class offered by Hope Academy called Bridging the Gap and has continued in the class for the school year. Between the ABA therapy and the BTG preschool class, Connor can talk, sing, and do many other things that amaze us every single day! When Connor first started ABA therapy, he barely spoke. In the past year, Connor has improved more than I could of imagined possible in such a short time. Connor works so hard everyday, 8:15-5:30, five days a week! It's a lot for a little boy his age but the benefits are worth every minute! We are so proud of how far he has come, and we have Project Hope to thank for much of his success!!! We can't thank his ABA therapists enough...Joe, Niki, Brittany, Layla, Rodney, Lindsay, Jenna, Morgan and Abby! Last but not least, his awesome teachers Joanna and Stella! These people have helped change our lives, but most importantly, Connor's life!
Please, please help change the life of other children too! No amount is too small!
