Riordan Leadership Institute Class 43 Restaurant Crawl
The mission of the Riordan Leadership Institute is to develop and cultivate business professionals for lifelong service in the nonprofit community. The Los Angeles Junior Chamber Charity Foundation administered the program beginning with an inaugural class of 15 leadership volunteers in 1990. Since then, over 1,200 participants have completed the program. The Riordan Leadership Institute prepares leaders for life-long service on boards or committees of nonprofit organizations through participation in a 10-month course curriculum and nonprofit organization board training. Nonprofit board service is expected upon graduation.
In order to continue to train professionals for lifelong service in the nonprofit community, each class develops a series of fundraisers to cover overhead costs for administering the program. Class 43 of the Riordan Leadership Institute has elected to do a restaurant crawl throughout Downtown Los Angeles, where 10 teams of 10 will fundraise to participate in the event.
Cost of participation in the restaurant crawl is $50 per person.
