BENEFITING: FRIENDS OF THE NATURE CONSERVANCY OF CANADA INC
EVENT DATE: Jun 19, 2015
As you know I believe in making things better. Making things happen.
I want to share an amazing opportunity to help build a legacy of protected lands for the future. And quadruple your impact!
As a Canadian, from Calgary, who moved to the U.S. decades ago I was delighted to learn about the opportunity to help build a legacy of protected lands and support migratory birds in both the U.S. and Canada while quadrupling my impact!.
Good for Nature. Good for the Birds. Good for the U.S. Good for Canada.
I love birds (and dogs) but it is the forever piece that really gets me! So tangible. So real.
The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) is a world class conservation organization in Canada.
I am excited to be an advisor to their U.S. partner, the Friends of the Nature Conservancy of Canada (FNCC) to help raise U.S. funds for conservation work that benefits both countries.
I'm looking for 10 friends to each offer to host a dinner at their house on June 19th to help us get dinners organized across the country. You can learn more at www.friendsofncc.org if you are interested. And send me a note if you decide to host a dinner!
Not able to have a dinner? Please consider donating.
Dr. Caroline Jones (FOP!) is chairing this initiative. Read more about why she is supporting this at /www.natureconservancy.ca/en/blog/i-live-in-austin-texas-and.html
