EVENT DATE: Apr 26, 2014
DEADLINE TO GIVE: May 26, 2014
You can help make this Pat's Run the most meaningful one to date with a pledge to raise a minimum of $100 in support of Tillman Military Scholars.
Pat’s Run is the signature fundraising event for the Pat Tillman Foundation. Every year it's held in late April to commemorate the day that Pat lost his life in Afghanistan. Symbolic of #42 he wore as an ASU Sun Devil, Pat’s Run is 4.2 miles long, ending on the 42-yard line of Frank Kush Field inside Sun Devil Stadium.
From the first event held in 2005 with nearly 5,000 participants, Pat’s Run has grown into the largest run in the Valley. Over 35,000 participants representing all 50 states have united to Run, Walk and Honor at Sun Devil Stadium with thousands more participating at Shadow Runs nationwide.
Event proceeds directly support Tillman Military Scholars who are studying to become our nation's next leaders in medicine, business, law, education and the arts. They're carrying forward Pat's legacy of service to others. Imagine their impact for our communities, our country and abroad. Every dollar you help raise is not just a donation. It's an investment in our future. Take a moment to learn more about the Tillman Military Scholars here.
Not planning to participate in the race? You can still be a part of this incredible effort by contributing to an existing team, donating to an individual runner, or forming your own fundraising page to honor Pat.
