The San Diego Blood Bank and the County of San Diego are once again combining two great walk/runs into one fun, interactive experience.
The Live Well San Diego 5K is an annual event that brings thousands of San Diegans together for a run/walk event and an interactive, family-friendly Discovery Expo in support of a healthy, safe and thriving San Diego County. This year's event benefits the life-saving work of the San Diego Blood Bank. The 5K is an opportunity for participants to be physically active, enjoy quality time with their neighbors and community members and connect with dozens of participating partners sharing information and resources. This event supports the Live Well San Diego vision of a San Diego region that is Building Better Health, Living Safely and Thriving.
Proceeds from this fun-filled family and pet friendly event will benefit the San Diego Blood Bank.
