THE STORY:

I am running for Lazarus House because I love what it stands for and how it helps to restore dignity and self respect to those they help. 

 

As a former homeless man those were incredibly important things that I lost along the way. Without them getting restored I believe it's next to impossible to find a way out and also not return. 

 

Having found my way I feel a sense of responsibility to try and help where I can, however I can.

 

I will be crushing homelessness every step I take on my 26.2 mile journey not as runner but as a man who use to live under a bridge and is now about to run his first marathon. 

 

I am running to give my brothers and sisters Hope!
