BENEFITING: Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation
EVENT: New York City 2014
EVENT DATE: Sep 28, 2014
On September 11, 2001 when Stephen Siller heard about the attack on the World Trade Center, he was not on duty. But as a dedicated firefighter he threw on his gear and ran through the Brookly Battery Tunnel to help battle the fires in the two towers. Sadly, along with 342 of his fellow firefighters, he died in the collapse of the towers.
Out of tragedy, following Stephen's fateful footsteps allows us to give hope to others. The soldiers, first responders, and their families that the Tunnel to Towers Foundation support have lost limbs, and in some cases their lives, so that we can continue to live our lives as we wish. This Foundation brings hope to grieving children, and healing to firefighters and families of our military, who sacrifice life and limb in the line of duty. I am asking for your donation to help continue to make a difference in these true American heroes' lives.
