In Pakistan, 60 percent of the population is between the ages of 15 and 35, yet 80 percent of youth don’t have a formal education. Our country is young in history, politically unstable, geographically trapped by geopolitical powers, economically highjacked by ruling elites, and socially controlled by religious fundamentalism.
In the last 16 years IDSP has helped more than 6,000 low-income young people. We teach self-development, give family support, community development, and more. Our learning model works: IDSP graduates are now leading government and international organizations, running businesses, making films on peace and justice, Midwifery, women education and much more.
Your donation today will help 300 more students graduate.
It will also help us create an endowment to ensure extended and continued sustainability.
We urge you to help us. Just $30 will make a big difference in the life of a young Pakistani student.
IDSP now has physical capacity, infrastructure for practice-based learning, and great credibility in the government, communities and in the public. We just need your donations to continue our work, now and in the future.
Love you and bless you,
Dr. Quratul Ain Bakhteari
