Community health begins with healthy young people. HiTOPS teaches young people how to make responsible decisions about their health and relationships. Our professionals provide comprehensive health education to youth throughout the state, and work with schools and communities as they strive to create healthy, affirmative, and inclusive environments for young people.
- $100 pays for a conference workshop for 10 often isolated kids to help them understand their world and expand their horizon.
- $250 puts an adult HiTops Educator in a middle school classroom in Trenton to teach 8th graders about respectful relationships.
- $500 pays for an entire month of LGBT support groups, with some kids coming from as far as an hour away to attend.
- $1,000 brightens the summer for 10 youth at a HiTOPS Summer Camp.
