Jessica & James Cromie have traveled, adventured and worked in Nepal. We have been profoundly touched by the kindness of spirit and and pure benevolence of the people, which is part of the innate tapestry of their culture. We would like support this powerful effort to "help carry the load" for the suffering Nepali and Tibetan people, PLEASE join us! You can make a difference! We are hearing devastating reports about villages that have been decimated. Significant numbers of people are suffering and currently lack basic shelter, food and clean water. We have carefully evaluated various organizations currently providing relief and resources in Nepal, and we are strongly endorsing EmBOLDen Alliances, which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. A donation of any amount will help the relief effort on the ground, and can be claimed as a tax deduction.
We kindly ask that you consider supporting this organization with us, and forwarding this to as many friends as you feel comfortable doing. If we all take this task upon ourselves, we will be capable of exceeding our goal of $10,000.
EmBOLDen Alliances works collaboratively with partner organizations to help those most in need. Currently, the objective is providing and coordinating direct medical care and and basic survival supplies such as tents, tarps, blankets, food, and clean water. EmBOLDen intends to remain active in providing aid and resources for the long term, with an underlying principle of coordinating impactful community driven rebuilding and education. Please use the links below to learn more about Jake and Dr. Jain and the work they are doing.
We will continue to communicate regularly with EmBOLDen, and we hope travel to Nepal in the coming months to volunteer in the relief effort.
Please contact us with any questions you have, and please help in supporting the efforts to aid our devastated friends in Nepal.
Thank you, and Namaste.
