Girls On the Run is a non-profit that empowers every girl to embrace who she is, to define who she wants to be, to rise to any challenge, and to change the world.

Together, let's support young ladies in the Chicagoland and Denver area to run toward positive esteem, a healthy lifestyle, and that natural runner's high we are all addicted to! Money raised will go directly to the Girls On the Run program, and will allow me to run the Chicago Marathon 2014.  This is an incredibly important race for me in a town that embraces my spirit...this is why I run!
