4 brave souls(Neel, Mo, Sunny, and Preet) are going to represent CCG by participating in this year's 2015 Tough Mudder obstacle course on Saturday, November 14, 2015. This is going to be a truly difficult challenge that will push us to our limits both mentality and physically over a 12-mile obstacle course that includes running, swimming, climbing, and even crawling through muddy ice-water. While each of us look to complete this challenge for our own personal goals, this will be an excellent demonstration of our team building skills. Tough Mudder is not a timed event but the obstacle course is not considered complete until everyone in your team passes the finish line (leave no man behind).
As a group we decided the experience would not feel complete unless we also gave back for the opportunity to perform in this life changing challenge. We have decided to team up with Tough Mudder and support a charity they work very closely with and start a crowd funding campaign to support the Wounded Warrior Project. I would like to thank the CCG CCO board for not only sponsoring us for this event, but more importantly making a sizable donation to the WWP. With that being said, while the 4 of us are training for Tough Mudder 2015, we ask that you support us by making a contribution to the Wounded Warrior Project
Tough Mudder is a team-oriented 10-12 mile (18-20 km) obstacle course designed to test physical strength and mental grit. Tough Mudder puts camaraderie over finisher rankings and is not a timed race but a team challenge that allows participants to experience exhilarating, yet safe, world-class obstacles they won't find anywhere else.
