Our mission at 321 Coffee is to provide meaningful work experience to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
We started in 2017 as a student organization at North Carolina State University. For the first year of operations, 321 Coffee served at different events throughout the Raleigh area. We spread our name and mission and grew quite a following. That community support encouraged the team to continue pushing the limits and open at the State Farmers Market in Raleigh.
Now, 321 Coffee employs twenty-one individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as we operate at the State Farmers Market! This team is a diverse and talented group whose strengths complement one another.
Our time at the State Farmers Market has proven that we are ready to take our next step in providing work opportunities to individuals with IDD by opening a storefront in 2020.
321 Coffee has always been supported by contributions from people like you. It was community contributions that allowed us to buy coffee makers for our first events and an espresso machine (and a whole lot more) for our space at the State Farmers Market. We're now asking for your support to help us open the door of a brick-and-mortar 321 Coffee location.
We hope you'll choose to support 321 Coffee, so we can take this next step of opening a storefront.
