Donate and fundraise for Colorado’s ‘31 Miles for 31Heroes.’ Get involved! Join us for this amazing event, volunteer, or donate to 31Heroes Project and their partners (Navy SEAL Foundation, OneTeamOneFight, Travis Manion Foundation, and others) that support surviving military families. Our goal is to raise at least $3100 for these amazing charities.
Join us on 02 August at Greenland Open Spaces (between Denver and Colorado Springs) for the ‘31 Miles for 31 Heroes Ruck, Run, Relay.’ Similar to that of the original Ruck in D.C., we will also have athletes carry two bricks, one in memory of the 31 and the other representing the surviving families.
Not only will this event honor the 30 military service members and one working dog that were part of Operation Extortion 17 who died in a helicopter crash on August 6, 2011, but also all men and women from all branches of our armed forces that have paid the ultimate sacrifice. It is our responsibility to take care of the surviving families, and ’31 Miles for 31Heroes’ presents a great opportunity for us to come together as a Colorado community to take care of fellow Americans.
