The 6th Annual Allyson Whitney 5K Run/Walk to Support Young Adults with Rare Cancers in scenic Kauneonga Lake, New York (an hour an half outside of NYC, near Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center) is HAPPENING SOON!
Did you know that each year 70,000 young adults are diagnosed with cancer? And YA's get entirely different cancer than other age groups or a cancer that is NOT typical for the age and worse typically has NO set treatment protocol! Our young-adult cancer warriors are an underserved population and need our help to shine a light on awareness and give HOPE with a grant .
The Allyson Whitney Foundation is 100% volunteer based and all proceeds fund our initiatives. Since inception in March 2102, we have:

- donated $65,000 to MD Anderson University of Texas Cancer Center for innovative research
- distributed HOPE comfort bags to local hospital oncology infusion suites, filled with a comfy blanket, journal &soothing, healing products
