Hello friends and family!!
I'm at it again. This year I plan to run 26.2 miles to raise $500 for LSS youth services in Duluth! I have seen the importance of these services first hand and I ask you all to join me in sustaining these programs for youth by donating to the LSS Grandma's Marathon Team.
In 2016, LSS is celebrating 100 years of serving youth in our community. LSS began serving youth in 1916 with Bethany Children's home. This is now Bethany Crisis Shelter, one of the important youth services in the Duluth area, serving youth in crisis. In addition to the Bethany Crisis Shelter, LSS offers a variety of youth services in Northern MN, from housing to support groups. These programs are crucial to many young people in our community.
Please consider supporting these services this year! I invite you to donate to these youth services as I run Grandma's Marathon on behalf of LSS!
So much gratitute--

The LSS Grandma's Marathon Team is raising funds to support young people in the Duluth area! In greater Duluth, Lutheran Social Service (LSS) helps over 600 young people every year, making thousands of contacts with them and providing them with the resources they need to launch into a productive, healthy and independent life.
