We are one of the most effective information and resource contact centers in the US, providing access to comprehensive social services and disaster support for Orange County residents. 211OC provides dedicated resource curators who ensure that over 3,000 services given to the community each year are consistently valid and up-to-date. Our Information & Referral specialists work 24/7/365, connecting people quickly and efficiently to existing programs and disaster response information through our 150+ multilingual language Contact Center (phone line, two-way texting, and email outreach).
